Are you struggling to figure out what’s next in your career?
You’ve spent hours updating your resume and scouring job boards for inspiration, yet not much has happened. It’s been weeks or months or, most likely, YEARS since work felt fun.
You’ve spent hours updating your resume and scouring job boards for inspiration, yet not much has happened. It’s been weeks or months or, most likely, YEARS since work felt fun.
You’re spinning in a mental loop of half-baked ideas, doubts, and fears trying to think your way to your “perfect” career. And you’re getting nowhere fast. You know that without getting some help, you’ll stay stuck waking up every morning exhausted with a pit in your stomach dreading going to work.
- Stephen Covey
Feeling frustrated you haven’t figured this out yet.
Fearful you’ll make a mistake.
Questioning if it’s possible to make a change without starting over.
No, it’s about being in control of your career by getting off of the damn achievement treadmill so you can stop chasing a definition of success you bought into when you were 18.
It’s the peace of mind of having the knowledge, skills, and tools to make career pivots again and again. Career moves that are aligned toward a long-term goal and purpose.
CLARITY
Discover your strengths and define exactly what you want and need in your career to feel proud, energized, and like you’re having fun again.
TRACTION
Leverage the accountability and step-by-step framework that keeps you focused, efficient, and motivated while minimizing your risk and breaking you into the "hidden job market.”
CONFIDENCE
Build wins and powerfully articulate your unique value in a way that feels 100% authentic to land offers for exciting roles without leaving money on the table.
→ A clear structure and framework
→ A process you can leverage again and again in your career
→ Accountability to the goals you set for yourself
→ Honesty to tell you what other people won’t and listen like other people can’t
→ Real talk when you’re getting in your own way
First, we rediscover what makes you uniquely awesome so you can stop defining yourself by your job title. We’ll go way beyond surface-level skills to determine what you’re best at. You’ll finish this step with the language to share your strengths with others. This is the heartbeat of finding work that lights you up. By knowing your strengths, you’ll be positioning yourself to be happier, more engaged, and fulfilled in your next step.
To move forward, we have to know where we’ve been. We’ll look back at your accomplishments and achievements, highlight what you enjoyed the most and are most proud of to set your Career Brand going forward. This is when we’ll begin to see the specific pieces of your work that make you feel alive so that you can find more of those in your next step.
One of the biggest obstacles high-performers experience is finding the balance of confidence, authenticity, and humility when talking about ourselves and our accomplishments. We’ll use various frameworks and behavioral science tools to build your comfort and confidence in sharing your achievements. You’ll find your unique voice so you can feel genuine and human in networking conversations and interviews.
What specific things do you need for work to feel engaging? Where exactly do you want to be in the long term? We’ll create a tangible one-page Career Scorecard to focus your job search and career change on what you want, what you need, and what matters most to you. You will use this Scorecard to assess every career decision as, “Would this move me closer or further away from who I want to become?” You’re back in control!
Making a career change can feel incredibly risky. This is where we mitigate your risk by not relying on guesses and gut feelings that could land you right back in another job that doesn’t fit. Using your Career Scorecard, we’ll ideate an expansive list of possible options for your next step. Then strategically design ways to test those options to make sure you‘re headed in the right direction before making a commitment or a massive mistake.
After you’ve collected real world data and tested options to ensure it’s a fit, it’s time to set your target(s). We’ll benchmark against your Career Scorecard to identify the next best step and your job target to focus your search. You’ll leverage a step-by-step process to gather insider terminology and insights so you can fully speak the lingo (even if you have no direct experience in that function or industry).
We’ll discuss ways to align your LinkedIn presence and resume with your career brand and job target so you can land interviews and get hired for who you are and what you do best. As in business, a cohesive brand is everything in navigating an active job search and in controlling the direction of your career. We’ll also prepare for future interviews by revisiting your stories.
Using a research-based methodology, we’ll craft a personalized search strategy so you can stay focused on work that fits you and not get caught up in all of the bright shiny lights and distractions. You’ll have a tangible game plan that is both efficient and effective in leading to interviews and offers for roles you’re actually excited about. We’ll also map ways you can leverage your natural strengths to accelerate your job search success.

- Brene Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
Are you a high-performer with mild to moderate perfectionist tendencies all up in your head trying to think your way to the “perfect” career? This is for you.
Especially if you’re:
→ Done trying to do it alone
→ Looking for a career that fits you, not just another job
→ Willing to take action in the face of fear
→ A learner with a growth mindset
→ Ready to be challenged, pushed, and called out when you’re holding yourself back
Above all, you must absolutely detest a victim mentality.
Bonus points if you have a solid sense of humor because my dad jokes are out of control.
If you want a quick fix, any job like yesterday, a resume/LinkedIn review, sympathy, and/or you aren’t able to make the time and financial investment right now then this probably isn’t for you.
It depends. And no. It depends on the magnitude of the change you want to make and how much time and energy you invest in the process. On average, it takes my clients 4-9 months to make a career change. During that time, it is expected that you dedicate a minimum of 5-10 hours/week to this process. If you are not able to make that investment and prioritize taking back control of your career, no one else can or will - and you’re not ready for coaching yet. I can guarantee if you follow every step of my framework and invest the time and energy into every action, you will absolutely see positive results and have all of the tools, strategies, knowledge, and skills to take your next step toward works that lights you up.
The first step is to schedule a Consultation and submit a Coaching Application. I’ll answer any questions and ask you a few to better understand where you are now and where you want to go. If it's a good fit, we'll determine the best coaching program for you, you'll pay a deposit to hold your reservation, and we’ll discuss when our coaching together would begin. Your start date will be based on demand and availability. I typically have at least a 1-3 month waitlist for onboarding new clients.
As your coach, I help you break down your massive career goals into small actionable steps. This keeps your momentum going - and your confidence rising - so you can see results infinitely faster. Between coaching sessions taking action and doing things that might be new and a bit uncomfortable. I cannot do the work for you. But I will hold you accountable to taking these steps. We’ll dedicate your coaching sessions (held via Zoom) to helping you get past the obstacles - often your fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs - so you can continue to make progress. I will be your coach, strategist, consultant, and teacher all in one.
No. At least, not when coaching with me. This work always - and yes, I mean always - happens in two phases: deep internal work to lay a rock solid foundation, and then strategic real-world action. Action without knowing what you want and need or how to talk about yourself with authenticity and confidence results in frustration, wasted time, and lack of results and momentum toward your goals.
Yes. If we both agree that it is the right fit to coach together, I am committed to working with you to find a payment option that best aligns with your budget
I get that - this is a big commitment! As with all of the great things in life, you get out of coaching what you put in. Will you have a new job at the end of a coaching program? Maybe. While that is not guaranteed, you will be a heck of a lot closer to finding the work that lights you up than you are right now! What I know is that if you put into practice what I teach you, you will find the confidence, focus, and momentum to take your next step toward the career you want. But you have to push outside your comfort zone, put in the work - and keep putting in the work - to see the results you want.
Most clients who complete a coaching program find that they want and need additional job search support, coaching, and/or accountability. Either right away or a few months or years down the road. All current clients are eligible for alumni pricing on future coaching. This is something we can discuss during our time coaching together or in your Consultation.
