I wish I had known then what I know now.
That I wasn’t alone.
And neither are you.
There are so many high-performers out there not feeling satisfied. Who are struggling to figure out what’s off. But we don’t talk about it.
It’s tough to talk about it when you have the “dream career” and still aren’t happy. I would spin in thoughts, ideas, fears, doubts and not really get anywhere. Well, not anywhere.
I did end up in the ER with a stomach ulcer from all of the stress of a career misfit and not seeing a way out of it.
After way too many false starts - because my analytical brain had me overthinking and underacting - I’m proud, and humbled to say that I’ve figured out exactly what I do best, enjoy the most, and how I want to help others.
And I’ve built my career and life around that purpose.
But it took me too damn long. I didn’t have to do it alone. And neither do you.
As a professional career change coach who focuses on strengths…

And to do so without starting over.
